Will I know the exact price before work begins?
Yes. We confirm the selected service, coverage, product, warranty, preparation and final price before the work order is approved. No work begins without your authorization.
Does ceramic coating remove scratches?
No. A coating protects and enhances the paint but does not remove existing defects. If we find swirls, haze or scratches, we may recommend Stage 1, 2 or 3 paint correction before coating.
How long do ceramic and graphene coatings last?
Our current menu includes 2-year ceramic, 5-year ceramic and 7-year graphene packages. Actual performance depends on the selected product, correct installation, registration and ongoing maintenance.
What does paint protection film protect against?
PPF creates a sacrificial layer against common road impacts such as stone chips, debris and swirl marks. Coverage can range from the front bumper to the full frontal area or full painted body.
What does the 10-year PPF warranty cover?
Qualifying films may include manufacturer coverage against defects such as lifting, peeling and yellowing. The selected product, installation, registration and final warranty document determine the exact coverage.
How soon can I wash the car after PPF or coating?
The LAB recommends avoiding pressure washing for 5-10 days after installation so the film or coating can cure properly. Your handoff instructions will confirm the timing for your product.
Is vinyl wrap removable?
Yes. Automotive vinyl is a removable colour or finish change when professionally installed and removed. Hood, roof and full-vehicle options are available, with final pricing confirmed by consultation.
What are the benefits of ceramic window tint?
Ceramic tint can reduce heat and glare, increase privacy and block up to 99% of harmful UV rays. Shade, coverage and film line are confirmed during quoting.
